School Bus Driver

Bright Future School is seeking a reliable and responsible School Bus Driver to ensure the safe and timely transportation of students to and from school, field trips, and other school-related events. The ideal candidate must have excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to student safety and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a school bus on assigned routes and schedules.
• Pick up and drop off students at designated locations on time.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe bus environment.
• Ensure all students follow bus safety rules and assist younger children as needed.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus for mechanical and safety issues.
• Report any maintenance needs or incidents to the Transport Coordinator immediately.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and attendance as required.
• Support school activities by providing transportation for field trips, sports events, and other outings.
• Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies or unexpected situations.
• Demonstrate courteous and professional behavior toward students, parents, and school staff.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid [Rajasthan] Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a school bus endorsement.
• Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations.
• Minimum of [X] years of driving experience (school transport experience preferred).
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Ability to interact positively with children and maintain discipline when necessary.
• Physically fit to perform job duties, including assisting students in boarding or disembarking.
• First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).
• Punctual, dependable, and safety-oriented.
• Police Verfication should be completed.

Work Schedule:

• 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, during the school term.
• Occasional weekends or evenings for school events may be required.
