School Block Head

As the Campus/Block Administrator, your role is crucial in overseeing the overall administration and management of the campus/block. You will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of the school's vision, mission, and policies, leading a team of teachers, staff, and administrators, and monitoring academic performance, student progress, and teacher effectiveness. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing a team of teachers, staff, and administrators. - Monitoring and evaluating academic performance, student progress, and teacher effectiveness. - Developing and implementing strategies to improve student outcomes, attendance, and behavior. - Managing campus/block resources, including budgeting, facilities, and equipment. - Fostering a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting respect, empathy, and diversity. - Communicating effectively with students, parents, teachers, and the wider community. - Addressing student discipline and welfare issues, providing support and guidance as needed. - Collaborating with other campus/block heads and senior leaders to achieve whole-school goals. - Staying up-to-date with educational developments, research, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve campus/block operations. - Managing and responding to emergencies, critical incidents, and parent complaints. - Analyzing data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive improvement. Qualifications Required: - 5 years of experience in education administration (Preferred). - 2 years of experience as a Branch head (Preferred).
