Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English Language & Literature and Social Studies (History, Geography, Civics, Economics) as per the curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials to cater to diverse student needs.
• Foster analytical thinking, writing skills, and a love for literature and social sciences.
• Use innovative teaching methodologies, including project-based learning, discussions, and multimedia tools.
• Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and constructive feedback.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and professional development workshops.
• Encourage student participation in debates, quizzes, and extracurricular activities related to the subjects.

Qualifications & Skills:
Essential:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, History, Political Science, Geography, or Education (B.Ed/M.Ed).
• Prior teaching experience (2+ years preferred) in secondary grades.
• Strong command of subject matter and curriculum standards (CBSE/ICSE/State Board/IGCSE).
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring adolescents.
