Scan to BIM (Revit) Architecture Modelers

Experience Required:

Software Skills:

• Proficiency in 

  Revit, AutoCAD, and Recap

   is essential.

Technical Skills & Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of 

  BIM principles and workflows

   with mandatory 3+ years of hands-on experience in 

  point cloud processing

  .
• Ability to 

  import, clean, and register point cloud data (laser scans)

   into BIM platforms.
• Develop 

  accurate and detailed 3D BIM models

   (Architectural and Structural) from scan data.
• Ensure precise 

  alignment and coordination

   between Architectural and Structural elements.

• Verify and validate model accuracy

   against site scans, ensuring compliance with 

  tolerance levels, BIM standards, and LOD requirements

  .
