Our platform uses Google Maps as a core part of the user experience, helping users locate and navigate healthcare resources seamlessly. We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with 23 years of experience, preferably with hands-on work in Google Maps API integration. You will be responsible for creating responsive, accessible, and intuitive map-based features to improve user navigation and location-based healthcare service delivery. Key Responsibilities Design and implement map-based user interfaces using Google Maps API. Work closely with the product and backend teams to integrate data layers and real-time updates. Optimize performance for mobile and desktop map rendering. Implement custom map markers, clustering, directions, and route optimization. Handle geolocation, address lookup (Geocoding/Reverse Geocoding), and location permissions. Maintain UI consistency and responsiveness across devices. Collaborate in an agile team environment using tools like Figma, JIRA, and Git. Required Skills 2–3 years of experience in frontend development (React.js preferred). Strong experience with Google Maps JavaScript API, Places API, and Directions API. Proficiency in HTML, CSS (Tailwind or similar), JavaScript, and responsive design. Experience with REST APIs and handling asynchronous data (fetch, Axios, etc.). Good understanding of UI/UX best practices and accessibility. Familiarity with Git and version control practices. Nice-to-Have Experience in healthcare or location-based applications. Familiarity with frontend performance optimization. Knowledge of Figma and translating designs into responsive code. Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).Role & responsibilities
