Scaled Abuse Engineering Analyst, Trust and Safety Ads

Role Overview: As a member of the Trust & Safety team at Google, your primary responsibility will be to identify and address the most significant challenges affecting the safety and integrity of Google products. You will utilize your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to safeguard users and partners from abuse across various Google products. In this role, you are expected to think strategically, collaborate globally, and work closely with Google engineers and product managers to combat abuse and fraud cases promptly. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze complex problems using data and statistical methods. - Identify and prevent fraud and abuse within Google products. - Enhance tools and automated systems by leveraging data analysis and technical knowledge, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in data analysis, including trend identification, summary statistics generation, and insights extraction from quantitative and qualitative data. - 5 years of experience in project management, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field (computer science, engineering, math, physics) is preferred. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and processes. - Experience in areas such as deriving actionable insights from complex data sources, cybersecurity, or large-scale data analysis. - Ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.,
