Role Overview: You will be the Scale Portfolio Business Development Manager for Cisco in India. Your main responsibility will be to define and implement portfolio strategies to drive growth in the mid-market and SMB sectors. You will collaborate with various teams to launch competitive product and solution portfolios, enhance profitability, and ensure partner success. Key Responsibilities: - Define, develop, and manage a Cisco product and solutions portfolio customized for the Indian market in alignment with the Scale GTM strategy. - Create targeted offers and bundles to boost growth led by partners and services in India. - Analyze pricing, discounts, and margins to enhance competitive positioning and profitability. - Work closely with different teams like Architecture Sales, Partner Organization, Distribution, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution. - Conduct regular business reviews, report success metrics, and monitor channel portfolio performance for sustained growth and GTM execution. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of experience in the IT industry in sales, product management, or engineering, with a successful track record in driving technology growth. - Deep understanding of Cisco's product architectures and service offerings in the Mid Market and SMB segments. - Proven expertise in developing and implementing market-specific product and pricing strategies. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and drive outcomes in a complex organizational structure. - A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
