* Define Framework and Review SOP for all types of Jobs. * Ensure that all erected scaffolding and scaffold components inspection as per drawing. * Randomly check of scaffolding material at site. * Training to contractor workforce. * Ensure Tagging system at site * Necessary Paper work (Scaffolding drawing & Plan) for the assigned jobs. * Reporting of all NCR and compliance. * Submission of weekly report.
