Role Overview: As an Instructional Design Specialist at Accenture's Talent & Organization (T&O) practice within the S&C Global Network, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients from various industries with Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your primary responsibility will be to create innovative learning strategies and solutions while supporting clients in managing organizational change and facilitating a smooth transition process. Your contributions will help in shaping the future workforce. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with client teams to understand business problems, identify solution approaches, and oversee the design, development, and delivery phases. - Conduct Training Needs Analysis to create training curriculum and develop high-quality content outlines accordingly. - Establish design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the learning solutions. - Engage with internal and client stakeholders to design and develop effective training deliverables. - Review training materials to ensure adherence to project quality parameters and industry standards. - Identify and communicate risks to Project Leads/Functional Managers and propose solutions or alternatives. - Coach instructional designers and content developers, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills. - Integrate new and innovative learning strategies into the solutions and stay updated on industry trends. - Utilize proficiency in instructional design, research, content analysis, and knowledge of various authoring tools. - Collaborate in a multicultural environment, showcasing excellent interpersonal and writing skills along with strong business acumen. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Post Graduate in any specialization, preferably in Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Advertising, or Public Relations. - Minimum 6+ years of experience in content development and instructional designing. - Extensive experience in developing and delivering various training modalities like ILTs, WBTs, simulations, job aids, and guides. - Experience in leading and coaching small teams independently.
