SBU Support Planner-2

As a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Support Planner at Solenis, your role will involve collecting data to assist the SBU Lead Planner in planning the end-to-end supply chain for products within one or more SBUs. Your collaboration with various teams including the Commercial Team, Logistics, Procurement, and Plants will be crucial in developing data to support an optimal Value Chain and minimize costs while ensuring high levels of customer service. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing long-term rolling demand forecasts at different levels of aggregation by collaborating with the SBU Lead Planner, Sales, Product Operations, and Marketing. - Supporting the SBU Lead Planner in product launches and changes to customer applications to ensure timely supply of products. - Compiling data, graphs, and slides for monthly Supply Planning Meetings as part of the S&OP Cycle. - Reviewing Procurement inventory strategies and aligning them with FG demand and plant storage capabilities. - Creating stocking strategies for raw material and FG inventory in alignment with Solenis Supply Chain targets. - Reviewing MRP data and driving planning and production scheduling activities through MRP. - Supporting continuous improvement opportunities by analyzing the value chain supplying products within your SBU. - Calculating the financial impact of Planning decisions on Cost of Goods, Plant CPU, and Logistics spend. Qualifications required for this role include: - Master's degree in a scientific field is preferred. - Minimum 5-7 years of experience. - Strong understanding of planning management processes and principles. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
