• Possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
• Demonstrates the ability to lead and contribute effectively to small- to medium-sized projects.
• Exhibits a willingness to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Displays strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with client personnel.
• Has a solid understanding of IAM solution design and configuration principles.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts to support client environments.
• Consistently delivers high-quality work within stipulated timelines.
• Identify issues and opportunities, escalating them appropriately to senior team members.

Technical Skills

• Minimum of 36 months of hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA
• Clear understanding of Saviynt behavior, features and configurations.
• Proven expertise in application onboarding within Saviynt.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries efficiently.
• Comprehensive understanding of REST APIs.
• Demonstrable experience in IAM domain management solutions.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar is additional benefit.
• Proficient understanding of code repository concepts and standard processes (e.g., Git).
• Experience transitioning services from implementation partners post-deployment and operationalizing IAM solutions.
• Skilled in collaborating with multiple stakeholders including security teams, operations teams, application owners, and service providers to deploy and enhance IAM solutions.
• Strong understanding of operating systems, database concepts, and potential targets or endpoints for IAM solutions.
• Exceptional presentation and documentation abilities.
