1. Monitor daily incidents and provide resolution to customer
2. In depth knowledge on SAS Viya admin module hosted on cloud
3. Basic Linux experience
4. Mid level SQL experience.
5. Should be flexible to work in shifts
6. Experience in working in Agile methodology and tools like JIRA
7.Minimum 2 years of experience is required in SAS Viya.
