SAS Developer

As a SAS Developer with 4+ years of experience, your role will primarily involve working on SAS development with a focus on insurance analytics. You will be proficient in SAS 9.4 (Base & Advanced) and preferably have experience with SAS Viya versions 3.3, 3.5, and 4. Your expertise should include migrating from SAS EG to SAS Viya, including .EGP to .Flow conversions. Moreover, you will be skilled in log reading, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and monitor job scheduling, backups, and restores effectively - Develop SOPs and installation documentation for streamlined processes - Support end-users by addressing access and connectivity issues promptly - Utilize strong ETL capabilities for data processing and ensure data quality validation using SAS Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in SAS development, with a focus on insurance analytics - Proficiency in SAS 9.4 (Base & Advanced) and familiarity with SAS Viya versions 3.3, 3.5, and 4 - Experience in migrating from SAS EG to SAS Viya, including .EGP to .Flow conversions - Strong troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis abilities - Prior experience in job scheduling, backups, and restores - Excellent collaborative and client-facing skills, comfortable in global, fast-paced environments In addition to the above, you should possess skills in analytics, documentation, ETL, data quality, and have a deep understanding of SAS to excel in this role.,
