In-depth knowledge of SAS Architecture including theoretical & practical experience in troubleshooting real time issues with Metadata, Compute and MidTier-Web application
Applying SAS License, Hotfix and patches
SAS Library management
SAS User Management
Base SAS Programming knowledge and troubleshooting skills
SAS Tools – SAS Management Console, Enterprise Guide, LSF Flow Manager
Proficiency in using ITSM Service Now and JIRA tool
Practical experience in RHEL (UNIX) server command, SSH, Shell scripting
Strong communication skills.
Interest in working in teams and being good team player
Excellent communication skills in English - both verbal and written
