Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Recruiter to join our HR team in Pune. You will own end-to-end recruitment for key tech roles, drive seamless candidate experiences, and manage the backend operations of hiring with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Tech Hiring Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles like Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Product, and Data Engineering Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through proactive outreach Use ATS tools for efficient tracking and reporting of hiring funnel Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and align hiring plans Provide regular updates on hiring status and drive closures independently Interview & Coordination Schedule interviews, ensure timely feedback, and maintain strong candidate experience Coordinate across internal panels and external candidates seamlessly Onboarding Handle pre-joining engagement Collect and verify documents for background checks and HR records Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience What We re Looking For 4 to 6 years of strong IT recruitment experience Hands-on knowledge of ATS platforms , job portals & LinkedIn sourcing Experience in a consulting or high-volume hiring setup preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Self-driven, process-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently without the need for constant supervision Why Sarvagram?
