Job Description: SAP WorkZone, SAP Qualtrics Functional Consultant/ SME Its an exciting time to be part of Sutherland winning team, we are looking for SAP WorkZone and SAP Qualtrics Functional Consultant/SME to become part of our team. The primary focus of this position is to support the maintenance & enhancements of the human resource management system (SAP WorkZone) in addition to other systems supported by the internal IT team. Experience: 4 + years of IT SAP WorkZone & SAP Qualtrics exp Work Location: Work From Home Technical Skills Required: 4+ Years of extensive work exp in SAP WorkZone, SAP Qualtrics, SAP IAS and Integration with WorkZone. Very good hands on experience in SAP WorkZone configuration and SAP Qualtrics configuration Good to have skill - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Security. Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP WorkZone, SAP Qualtrics The candidate preferred to have SAP WorkZone & SuccessFactors certification. Candidates should have knowledge in H2R Business processes and associated system configuration 2/3 projects Implementation/support/enhancement knowledge in SAP WorkZone and SAP Qualtrics. Hands-on experience in Solution Design and Configuration. Workbook Business process, Preparation Execution of Test Cases, Test Plans, Test scripts. Participate in requirement gathering, understand the design and take ownership of data conversion and system testing as part of the systems enhancement or implementation projects Perform analysis and translate business needs and create solution requirements documentation. Develop and/or update product solution overviews, FAQs and user documentation to support project implementation/Support/Enhancement activities. SAP Enterprise Portal: Knowledge in using BTP preferred.
