Job Description: Job Name: Senior Design & Config Specialist
Provide analysis and troubleshooting of systems as needed. Investigate and resolve defects/bugs & where appropriate raise support requests and follow up to resolution. Manage and conduct change requests, analysis of requirements for system upgrade/ development, partnering with key Finance business areas ensuring compliance and best practice.
Key responsibilities
Deliver development and support of the Finance systems.
Maintain and develop knowledge of the Finance Business Processes across the regions, ensuring any technical change is aligned and streamlined.
Implement, configure, and maintain SAP modules such as SAP MM, SD, FI/CO, VIM.
Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Conduct system testing, and troubleshooting, and provide user support for SAP-related issues.
Develop and maintain system configuration, processes, and user guide documentation.
Must have:
8+ years of Implementation and/or BAU support in any or several of SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, VIM) and their integration points. Knowledge of ABAP would be an advantage.
Proven experience in business process analysis, system configuration, and problem resolution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Open to opportunities to cross train to support other ERP platforms.
