SAP VC Lead Developer

As a Senior SAP Variant Configuration (VC) Modeler, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing complex VC models across SAP. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, development, and optimization of complex VC models - Building Blueprints in Logik.ai tool post training - Driving strategic initiatives to enhance scalability, performance, and reuse within the SAP VC ecosystem - Mentoring and guiding Digital Solutions team members on VC model design best practices - Reviewing configuration models built by team members and providing expert feedback - Supervising and mentoring junior professionals and associate technologists - Establishing and enforcing modeling standards, documentation protocols, and QA processes - Supporting SAP VC integration with SD, MM, PP, and other relevant SAP modules - Monitoring and adopting emerging SAP VC innovations and best practices Qualifications: - 7~10 years of hands-on VC model building experience in a complex manufacturing environment - Technical professional with 2+ full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementations - Advanced SAP ECC 6.0 VC knowledge and experience - Thorough understanding of variant configuration product models - Experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments - Strong integration knowledge with modules such as SD, MM, and PP - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred) - Strong Excel skills and willingness to learn and incorporate AI workflows Leadership & Strategic Skills: - Proven ability to lead development initiatives and provide inputs to key stakeholders - Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams - Ability to operate independently and manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): - Experience with SAP IPC or AVC including relevant certification - Familiarity with SAP Product Configuration Lifecycle Management (PCLM) - Familiarity with SFDC or Logik.ai tool - Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps workflows (Note: The additional details of the company were not included in the provided Job Description),
