SAP Training Lead MDG/MDM (Direct Procurement)

Here at RED, we are seeking an SAP Training Lead to be a part of an SAP Implementation project for our end client. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of expertise in MDG/MDM within Direct Procurement, with the primary responsibility of developing and implementing a top-notch training framework from the ground up. This pivotal role will play a key part in enhancing user adoption, streamlining processes, and promoting standardization across our global delivery centers. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing a comprehensive SAP training framework, specifically focusing on MDG/MDM in Direct Procurement. You will be tasked with creating customized training materials, establishing and expanding a Key User network for sustained knowledge transfer, conducting key user workshops and end-user training sessions, simplifying and standardizing complex processes within SAP to ensure efficiency, and collaborating with delivery teams to offer continuous guidance and support for the adoption of best practices. Additionally, you will act as a change enabler, ensuring that business teams comprehend and effectively utilize SAP functionalities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as an SAP Training Lead, SAP Enablement Lead, or SAP Change & Training Consultant, demonstrating a strong grasp of SAP MDG/MDM in Direct Procurement. A proven track record in developing training materials, leading workshops, and training key users is essential. Experience in streamlining business processes and enhancing efficiency within SAP is crucial, along with the ability to establish training capability from inception in greenfield or transformation environments. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills are also required for success in this position.
