SAP Trainer

As a Training Content Developer for SAP modules, your role involves developing and delivering training materials for different SAP modules such as SAP FI, CO, MM, SD, and HR. You will create manuals, guides, and e-learning content tailored to the specific needs of users. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting classroom and virtual training sessions for users with varying levels of SAP knowledge. - Assessing training needs and customizing training programs to meet those needs. - Providing hands-on demonstrations and real-world scenarios to enhance learning. - Collaborating with SAP consultants and IT teams to stay updated on system changes and updates. - Evaluating training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and follow-up support. - Assisting users in troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related queries post-training. - Maintaining training records and preparing reports on training activities and outcomes.
