Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Functional Expertise

Lead end-to-end
SAP TM implementations
(Greenfield, Brownfield, Rollouts, Enhancements).
Configure and manage
Freight Order Management, Freight Unit Building, Transportation Planning & Optimization (TPO)
.
Set up and configure
Carrier Selection, Charge Calculation, Freight Settlement, Load Planning, Tendering, and Execution
.
Build and maintain
Transportation Networks
: Locations, Zones, Resources, Lanes, Schedules & Calendars.
Design and configure
Transportation Cockpit
, planning profiles, strategies, and optimizers.
Expertise in
Forwarding Order Management
(TM 9.6+ preferred).

Integration Expertise

Strong integration experience with:

SAP ECC / S/4HANA (SD, MM, LE, EWM)
SAP EM (Event Management)
SAP GTS
Non-SAP TMS systems & carrier APIs (preferred)

Hands-on with
IDocs, BAPIs, Web Services, and API-based integrations
.

Technical & Process Knowledge

Strong understanding of TM Master Data: Business Partners, Locations, Lanes, Products & Calendars.
In-depth expertise in
Charge Management
and Settlement integration with
FI/CO
.
Experience with multi-modal transport processes: Road, Air, Rail, Ocean.
Hands-on with
PUD (Pick-up & Delivery), Multimodal Transport, Parcel, Freight Booking
.
Experience in
Logistics Execution
and
Warehouse (EWM) integration
