SAP Techno Functional - ABAP + FICO

Skills Required: ABAP technical consultant with FICO functional domain understanding and handling of Finance business requirementsDesired Skills and experience1. Around 7 ~ 12 years of ABAP experience with handling of FICO business related requirements and able to understand and communicate with Finance business usersABAP 60% and FICO functional 40% weightage handling2. Proficiency in system analysis, design, development and implementation6. Expert in implementation of various business applications on SAP R/3 environment7. Extensive working knowledge of ABAP workbench, Data Dictionary, Classical and Interactive Reports using ALV, Dialog Programming, Object Oriented Programming8. Extensive working knowledge in SAP Scripts, Smart Forms and ADOBE Forms9. Experience in Data Migration, Data Uploads using BDC and LSMW10. Expert in building Technical Design Documentation, Test Scripts, maintaining RICEFW matrices and Project/Team Management activities11. Expertise in ABAP Debugging, Performance Tools, Runtime Analysis, SQL Trace12. Expertise in development of RFC(Remote Function Call) , IDOCs handling, BDC Roles and Responsibilities1. Discuss with Finance department users, understand and gather the requirement, discuss with create Business requirement document, guide the technical team and deliver the required application2. Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying applicationissues and providing timely solutions.3. Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of development, systemtesting and implementation phases of project.4. Transform business function requirements into technical program specifications to code,test and debug programs5. Develop, code, document and execute unit tests, systems, integration andacceptance tests and testing tools for functions of high complexity.6. Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions7. Ensure integration system activities including monitoring the technicalarchitecture (particularly scalability, availability and archiving) meet all SLA's.8. Manage operational support, performing work during change windows as wellas providing on call support as required by the team.9. Handling the tickets issues from Client and complete in desired timeline to ensure Client satisfaction10. Prepare understanding of business document , technical specification and testing document for the development11. Testing scenario document preparation 12. Handling of Transport request for the deployment of the objects developed through the tools like Solman(Solution Manager)
