SAP Technical Manager

As a SAP Technical Project Manager at Coforge, you will have the following responsibilities: - Lead and manage technical workstreams including BASIS, ABAP/Fiori development, SAP BTP, and infrastructure. - Coordinate with functional leads, architects, and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of technical components. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, and milestone tracking for technical activities. - Oversee system landscape design, environment setup, and technical readiness for SAP HANA upgrade. - Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across technical streams and escalate as needed. - Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and Thai regulatory standards. - Facilitate technical workshops, design reviews, and cutover planning sessions. - Support integration testing, performance validation, and go-live readiness. - Maintain documentation for technical architecture, configurations, and deployment plans. - Provide leadership and mentoring to technical teams and junior project managers. Key qualifications and skills required for this role: - 10+ years of experience in SAP technical project management. - Proven experience in SAP HANA upgrades, S/4HANA implementations, and cloud integrations. - Strong understanding of SAP BASIS, ABAP, Fiori, BTP, and infrastructure components. - Experience in managing cross-functional teams and vendor coordination. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in multicultural and geographically distributed teams. - Thai language proficiency is a plus. - Exposure to Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
