SAP Technical CDS BIS Associate Managing Consultant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading and managing the design, development, and implementation of SAP Embedded Analytics and SAP Business Integrity screening solutions. Your role will involve overseeing projects, managing teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client needs. You will provide strategic insights and drive continuous improvement in SAP Embedded Analytics and SAP Business Integrity screening processes and systems. Key Responsibilities: - Document all technical specifications for implemented solutions. - Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design and develop complex CDS views for advanced data modeling and analytics within the SAP ecosystem. - Integrate CDS views with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA, and other SAP modules, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency across the enterprise. - Conduct performance analysis and optimization of CDS views to minimize data retrieval times and enhance user experience. - Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing robust data validation, cleansing, and transformation processes within CDS views. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in the development of CDS views and SAP analytics solutions. - Develop comprehensive documentation for CDS views, including data models, dependencies, and performance tuning techniques. - Manage delivery of services against agreed SLAs as well as manage escalations both internally and externally. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members. - Conduct requirement gathering sessions and provide a design thinking approach. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and trust. - Manage and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery and skill development. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote the adoption of new tools and methodologies within the team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent. - 10 to 12 years of experience in one or more SAP modules. - At least four full life cycle SAP Embedded Analytics implementation and at least one SAP Business Integrity screening experience. - Ability to use Service Marketplace to create tickets, research notes, review release notes, and solution roadmaps as well as provide guidance to customers on release strategy. - Exposure to other SAP modules and integration points. - Strong understanding of SAP S4/HANA Embedded Analytics and SAP Business Integrity screening. - Proficiency in developing CDS views, AMDP with deep knowledge of SQL scripting and SAP HANA modeling. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and OData services. - Familiarity with ABAP programming and SAP HANA SQL Script. - Excellent communication, client management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
