SAP Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day SAP support and enhancement activities across multiple modules.
• Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants; oversee task allocation, delivery timelines, and performance tracking.
• Serve as the

  Single Point of Contact (SPOC)

  between the client and offsite/onsite delivery teams.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Review and validate functional/technical specifications, configurations, and testing deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, documentation standards, and change management procedures.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve critical issues in coordination with client IT and management teams.
• Conduct regular review meetings with client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer, maintain proper documentation, and support cross-training initiatives within the team.

Must have Skills:

• Strong understanding of

  SAP business processes

  and cross-module integration points (e.g., MM-SD, SD-FI, PP-MM).
• Hands-on experience in

  configuration, support, or enhancement delivery

  .
• Excellent

  communication, coordination, and client-facing skills

  .
• Ability to

  manage priorities, deadlines, and team performance

  under minimal supervision.

Good to Have Skills

• Understanding of

  SAP authorizations/security concepts

  .
• Knowledge of

  Fiori apps

  and

  SAP UI5

  interactions for end-users.
• Basic understanding of

  ABAP debugging

  (for functional consultants) or

  integration tools

  such as IDoc, RFC, BAPI.
