Job Overview:

TESCRA India is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Systems Consultant to provide day-to-day care and support for mission-critical SAP financial and insurance applications. The ideal candidate will be a strong, well-rounded IT professional with a proven ability to quickly grasp business and technology processes, coupled with a strong desire to learn and grow within the team. This role will involve serving as a technical specialist, partnering with other SAP teams, and contributing to the development and implementation of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support and maintenance for SAP financial and insurance applications.

Serve as a technical specialist, partnering with other SAP teams to deliver solutions.

Perform bug/fix analysis and recommend solutions for finance and insurance-related processes.

Support business implementations by leveraging best practice development skills.

Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Set and execute team strategy, including objectives, plans, and policies for the area of responsibility.

Initiate and implement continuous improvements in all areas of IT responsibility.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

Functional knowledge and exposure to various SAP modules, including FICO and FSCD.

Extensive experience with HANA Studio, CDS Views, OO ABAP, and Eclipse ADT.

Proficiency in working with APIs, DDIC, BAdIs, Enhancements Framework, Interfaces, BDC, BAPI, Debugging, and Performance Tuning.

Expertise in Reports, Interactive Reporting, Module Pool, SAP Scripts, Smart forms, and User Exits.

Strong experience with Workflow, ALE, Idocs, and OOPS ABAP.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Fiori and BRF+.

Ability to quickly learn and work with new SAP modules.

Pay Rate/Salary:

Competitive, commensurate with experience.
