As a SuccessFactors Recruiting certified consultant at Purview, you will be responsible for implementing solutions for SuccessFactors customers in Recruiting Marketing and Recruiting Posting area. Your role will involve driving and leading discussions with business process owners independently, proposing scalable solutions aligned with the overall product strategy, and hands-on configuration work according to SAP Activate methodology. Key Responsibilities: - Implementing solutions for SuccessFactors customers in Recruiting Marketing and Recruiting Posting area - Leading discussions with business process owners independently - Proposing scalable solutions and workarounds in alignment with the product strategy - Hands-on configuration work following the SAP Activate methodology Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting, specifically in Recruiting Marketing and Recruiting Posting - SuccessFactors Recruiting certification - Knowledge of how Recruiting is integrated with RMK and Job Board Integrations using Recruiting posting - Ability to think creatively and propose solutions Purview is a leading Digital Cloud & Data Engineering company with headquarters in Edinburgh, United Kingdom and a global presence in 14 countries including India, Poland, Germany, USA, UAE, Singapore, and Australia.
