Job Description

As a SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Consultant with over 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing modules. Your role involves closely collaborating with clients to comprehend their business requirements and translating them into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Your key responsibilities will include implementation and configuration tasks such as designing, setting up, and testing prototype and production Recruiting instances, ensuring seamless integration of all platforms, configuring job requisition templates, and feature permissions. You will also work on XML Templates like Job Requisition Template, Candidate Profile Template, Candidate Application Template, and Offer Details Template. Configuring Talent Pipeline, Internal and External Job Posting, Interview Central, Outlook Integration for Interview Scheduling, Email Triggers, Email Templates and Notifications, RCM to Onboarding Mapping, Employee referral program set up, Offer Details and Offer Letters configuration, RCM-RMK integration, and Career Site Builder will be part of your duties. Additionally, you will collaborate with project teams, delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create tailored Recruiting and Onboarding solutions, provide level 3 support, implement foundational improvements to client processes and data, and manage and track project issues, risks, and change requests. Leading and motivating multiple project work streams will also be within your scope. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM & RMK, including at least 2 end-to-end implementations in RCM and 1 end-to-end implementation in RMK. Strong understanding of Agile methodology and tools, excellent communication and client interaction skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously are essential. Possessing SAP SuccessFactors certification for Recruiting Management (RCM) (Recruiter Experience) & Recruiting Marketing (RMK) (Candidate Experience) is mandatory. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work. Candidates are expected to have a total work experience of 5 years. Relocation or reliable commute to Bangalore, Karnataka is required for this role. Additionally, candidates will need to be comfortable with working in a 2 to 11 PM shift. Kindly provide details regarding your current CTC, expected CTC, current location, notice period/LWD, years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing modules, RCM and RMK end-to-end implementation projects experience, and comfort level with working in a 2 to 11 PM shift.
