SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding Consultant

As a SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to implement and support the SAP Success Factors Recruiting (RCM and RMK) and Onboarding (1.0 and 2.0) projects. You must possess the ability to support Recruiting (RCM and RMK) and Onboarding (1.0 & 2.0) Systems effectively. Your tasks will involve defining business requirements, conducting fit gap analysis, and ensuring alignment between client requirements and standard Success Factors Solution. Additionally, you will be required to have hands-on experience with Data Models and possess excellent knowledge of XML. System configuration plays a crucial role in this role, and you will be responsible for configuring systems in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint. Moreover, you will assist clients in understanding various alternatives for system configuration and design. Your role will also involve the preparation and execution of Test Cases, Test Plans, and Test scripts. A strong learning ability is essential for this position as you will be expected to quickly acquire new competencies and adapt to new tasks and environments efficiently. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding. Possession of Certification in SuccessFactors - Recruiting (RCM and/or RMK) & Onboarding 2.0 is mandatory. You must have completed a minimum of three end-to-end implementations in Recruiting and Onboarding. Previous experience in either Industry or consulting will be advantageous. Additionally, knowledge of documentation and training materials will be beneficial in performing your duties effectively.,
