Job description Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent or MBA HR More than 8 years of experience in implementing the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module mandatory Experience in at least 2 SAP SF EC implementations Experience with Time Off andor Timesheet modules is advantageous SAP SF Employee Central Certification Knowledge of Payroll PY is a plus Familiarity with Organizational Management OM and Personnel Administration PA is desirable Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English Key Responsibilities Address complex functional and technical issues with a primary focus on SAP SF Employee Central Collaborate with business units to identify document and resolve opportunities and existing challenges Effectively resolve functional issues and oversee system configuration in alignment with client guidelines Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation training and communication on features and process changes Contribute to the design of new enhancements and business processes to improve organizational efficiency
