Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation or Support project experience in

    SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)

    and

    EC Time Management

    modules.
  • Configure and maintain

    business rules, workflows, and time-off policies

    in EC Time.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Perform

    data migration, validation, and integration

    with other HR systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to

    time management, leave accruals, and employee data

    .
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Implementation or Support project experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC and EC Time modules.
  • Strong knowledge of

    time-off rules, holiday calendars, accruals, and time valuation

    .
  • Experience in

    configuration, testing, and deployment

    of EC and EC Time.
  • Familiarity with

    integration scenarios

    (e.g., SAP HCM, payroll systems).
  • Good understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with HRIS team.
  • Experience working with human resources operations, administration, compensation and benefits team.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • SAP SuccessFactors

    Certification in Employee Central / EC Time

    .
  • Knowledge of

    other SuccessFactors modules

    (Recruitment, Performance, etc.) is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in

    HR, IT, Computer Science, or related field

    .
