SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Offboarding

• Configure and maintain Onboarding 2.0 workflows, tasks, compliance forms, and document templates.
• Manage Offboarding processes including clearance workflows and compliance tracking.
• Ensure seamless integration with Employee Central and other modules.

• Recruiting

• Configure Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) for requisitions, approvals, job postings, and offer templates.
• Optimize candidate experience and manage integrations for assessments and background checks.
• Build reports and dashboards for recruitment metrics.

• Opportunity Marketplace

• Support configuration and rollout of Opportunity Marketplace for internal gigs, mentoring, and career development.
• Collaborate with Talent teams to define governance and adoption strategies.

• General

• Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBPs), business rules, workflows, and picklists.
• Conduct UAT, regression testing, and support quarterly release updates.
• Provide end-user training and maintain documentation.

Required Skills

• Implementation or Support project experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Offboarding, and Recruiting.
• Strong understanding of RBPs, workflows, and business rules.
• Knowledge of Opportunity Marketplace is an added advantage.
• Experience working with HRIS team.
• Experience working with human resources operations, administration, compensation and benefits team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have

• Exposure to Employee Central and integrations (SAP CPI/Boomi).
• SAP certifications in relevant modules.
• Experience with reporting tools (Story Reports, Canvas).

Education

Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or related field.
