Job Description

1. Experience working with Compensation and Variable Pay process for R&R 2. Configure SuccessFactors System based on the inputs captured from the workshops in BRDs and Workbooks 3. Has configured Global Benefits for customer and integration. 4. Trouble-shoot issues and offer solutioning and user guidance when needed 5. Interact with vendors regarding system upgrades, break fix, performance, availability, and system uptimes 6. Experience working with Global programs and teams 7. Maintain project documentation (Validation documents/KEDB etc.) and adhere to customers quality policy and procedures.
