SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Lead

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for designing and configuring compensation plan templates, guidelines, and eligibility rules based on business requirements. You will create and manage budgets, including configuring budget calculation logic. Additionally, you will handle integrations between Employee Central (EC) and the Compensation module, as well as configure Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and XML-based components as needed. Furthermore, you will be expected to set up and customize Compensation Statements to align with organizational needs. Collaboration with HR and business stakeholders to streamline the compensation cycle will be a key aspect of this role. As the primary point of contact for compensation-related issues, you will provide timely resolution and ensure the successful delivery of compensation projects by leading and mentoring a small team. The successful candidate should possess a strong understanding of business processes related to the compensation cycle and be proficient in configuring compensation templates, eligibility rules, and guidelines. Experience with budget setup and calculations within the system, as well as solid experience in RBP and XML configurations, will be essential. A proven track record in integrating Employee Central (EC) with the Compensation module and familiarity with the design and generation of Compensation Statements are also required. Strong communication, analytical, and team leadership skills are crucial for this role. Experience working in a global environment with complex compensation structures and prior experience in leading client workshops and solution presentations are preferred qualifications for this position.,
