SAP SR. ABAP Developer

As an experienced SAP ABAP Developer in the leading global mining organization, your role will involve developing SAP custom reports, interfaces, and enhancement forms based on functional specifications. You will actively participate in implementation projects for SAP ABAP, collaborating with functional consultants to create new solutions. Your responsibilities will also include planning and executing unit testing, string testing, and integration of new functionalities. Additionally, you will provide production support for bug fixing and enhancements, as well as perform performance tuning for all programs. Your proactive communication with various teams to address concerns and ensure project completion will be crucial. Qualifications required for this role: - B.E. in IT/ Computers/ Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP/4 Programming using SAP development tools. - Hands-on expertise in Reports (SAP Queries / ALV / HANA Database), Interfaces, Conversions (SAP Migration Tools), Enhancements, and Forms. - Proven track record in handling large-scale SAP ERP implementation projects. - Strong understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies. - Good knowledge of SAP business processes including HR, Finance, Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Project Systems (PS), Production Planning (PP), and Quality Management (QM). - Practical experience in RFC, XML, HTML programming, and email design. In addition to the technical requirements, you will be expected to work from the office 5 days a week, as this is a non-remote and non-hybrid position.
