• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
• Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, CPA, or MBA (Finance) will be an advantage.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in financial planning, accounting, or management reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO, SAP BPC, or SAP S/4HANA Finance modules.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
