Roles & Responsibilities Solution Manager with CHARM experience.

Experience in BASIS system monitoring and tuning, support packs, upgrades, data refreshes, BASIS post steps, Plan and execute periodic OS/DB updates with ECS Plan and execute periodic SAP Security OSS notes Plan and execute data refresh pre and post copy steps (table data to export and re import eg BP or HR or GRC or ASPM tables, Embedded search, BDLS and external system integration testing) Re enable technical integration points after system/client copy Version update/ upgrade of SAP Software: Pre and Post BASIS Tasks run simplification check; unlock objects; remove inactive objects; implement upgrade related notes; support modification adjustment for technical issues, clean STMS Pre processing tasks, i.e. suspend jobs, lock users, export tables with 'old' configuration Post processing tasks, i.e. Enterprise Search, Fiori Launchpad, unlock user, release jobs) Early Watch report analysis and changes Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues (root causes outside service scope and application related root causes)

Manage SSL certificate renewals and monitor cert validity periods Analyze update terminations, determine business impact and appropriate action Clean up terminated updates

Analyze lock entries, determine business impact and appropriate action Check/ clear lock entries ABAP dump check and classification Analyze SAP application log and provide recommendations on fixing failures Reorganize qRFC/ tRFC queues when needed Check fastest growing tables in the SAP system and provide recommendations for archiving or reorganization From ECS handle tickets to Check for ABAP dumps to detect serious system issues Administer SAP Logon Groups Execution and monitoring of the archiving process

Manage Web Service Runtime (WSRT) Configure RFC connections (TA SM59) to technical systems managed by the customer and any application related RFC connection Monitoring of interfaces and interfaces related functions Define production job schedule and dependencies based on business requirements Administer application batch jobs: Monitor jobs Troubleshoot according to troubleshooting handbook

Execute transports to move objects between SAP systems (production mostly) Local printing and support Create, change and delete printers within SAP solution Analyze faulty output requests (transaction SP01)

Establish trusted connections from Web Dispatcher to Gateway, backend system (e.g. S/4 HANA) and HANA XS engine of backend system Additional Roles/ Project work to be performed Configure and sync Production Solman CHARM application with current dev application Configure CHARM to more fit business change management processes with SAP Maintain SAP transport management system incl. configuration of transport routes and any further configuration (automatic import, scheduled import etc.) Assist in defining archiving strategy.
