The opportunity: We are looking for a Senior Manager with expertise in SAP ABAP Implementation to join the EY GDS. Job Summary: As a Senior Manager with EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) SAP ABAP Team, you will contribute technically to client engagement and services development activities. Your focus will be on helping clients grow and turn their strategy into reality. You will work in high-performing teams that drive growth and deliver exceptional client service, ensuring that you play your part in building a better working world. Your responsibilities will include providing industry insights, demonstrating a deep understanding of clients" industries, mentoring and coaching team members, maximizing operational efficiency through standardization and process automation, managing engagement time and budgets, providing strategic insight to clients, driving the overall growth strategy for the practice, representing EY and its service lines, managing performance, and more. Skills and attributes for success: - Disciplined Agile Delivery software release build/deploy processes - SAP Security knowledge or experience - Integrating with internal and external applications and systems with SAP - Portal implementation experience - Data extraction, transformation, and load experience - Implementation experience in Performance Analysis and HANA Code Pushdown - Knowledge of digital technologies like Machine Learning, AI, IoT, Blockchain, BTP, RAP Qualifications: - At least 15 years of industry experience with a minimum of 10 years as a Manager or 5 years as a Senior Manager - College degree in a related technology field or comparable job experiences - Fluency in English, other language skills are considered an asset - Proficient in MS Office products (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ideally, you'll also have experience with onsite & offshore delivery models, engaging with business partners and IT, working in a fast-paced environment, and understanding outsourcing and offshoring.
