Job Description

Role Overview: You are a SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics Lead with expertise in SAP SF WFP (Workforce planning) and Analytics, including experience with BIRT tool. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing, designing, and implementing SuccessFactors WFA/People Analytics. With at least 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including a minimum of 1 full life cycle implementation and 2 support projects, you will play a crucial role in understanding and fulfilling business requirements related to reporting and analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Possess a total of 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (WFA) and WFP. - Demonstrate hands-on experience of 3+ years in SF reporting tools such as Report Center Report- Story, ORD, AdHoc report, Tiles/Dashboard, and BIRT, with a mandatory experience in BIRT. - Lead a minimum of 1 end-to-end implementation and 2 support projects of SuccessFactors WFA and WFP. - Understand data specifications, key terminologies like Measures, Dimensions, Metric packs like Core Workforce Mobility, Performance, Recruitment, etc. - Contribute to Client workshops, support cutover document preparation, Go-live activities, and Hypercare support. - Design and build reports/Dashboards based on business requirements. - Exhibit basic understanding of SuccessFactors modules like EC, PMGM, SPCDP, Recruiting, etc. - Possess hands-on knowledge of MS-SQL, Query workspace, Investigate tool, and Headlines in WFA. - Showcase flexibility to work as per business requirements and propose solutions to business needs. - Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, and report writing. - Apply good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes. - Hold certification in Employee Central & Onboarding 2.0. Qualifications Required: - SAP certification in People Analytics Embedded edition or Workforce Analytics. - Expertise in designing functional and technical solutions. - Certification in Employee Central & Onboarding 2.0. - Good understanding of SuccessFactors modules and MS-SQL.
