Job Description

As a versatile and skilled professional, you will be managing and executing a variety of tasks in a SuccessFactors Managed Services Support engagement. Your responsibilities will include overseeing module-specific incidents and problems management, as well as supporting half-yearly releases of SuccessFactors. Key Responsibilities: - Provide continuous support to Chobani Group, addressing any issues or queries related to SuccessFactors modules - Ensure the SuccessFactors system is running smoothly by performing regular maintenance and updates - Handle and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner - Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency - Provide training to end-users and create comprehensive documentation for system processes and configurations - Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met and to provide updates on system performance and enhancements - Ensure that the system complies with industry standards and best practices Qualifications Required: - Good understanding of the SuccessFactors Platform - Active SuccessFactors Compensation certification - Experience in HR domain knowledge - Ability to conduct SF Compensation and Performance Goals Management training - Strong communication skills - Excellent project documentation skills Additionally, mandatory skills include: - SuccessFactors Talent Development - SAP Process Modelling Suite (Signavio, ARIS, Visio) As a versatile and skilled professional, you will be managing and executing a variety of tasks in a SuccessFactors Managed Services Support engagement.
