Job Title SAP SF LMS consultantLocation – Offshore India

SF-Learning:

• Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Learning module with relevant experience.
• 7+ years experience in SuccessFactors LMS module • Techno-functional experience in HR technology space, of which minimum years is in Learning as a functional/business consultant? • We work with customers from HR and Business across the globe to analyses their business processes and requirements for digital solutions and translate them into functional and technical specifications for the development team and own the end-to-end implementation. • You support software releases, including communication with clients and other interfacing applications/teams conduct functional testing, coordinate user testing and trainings. You incorporate customer feedback into the product backlog for constant improvements. • Candidate should have been part of two full life-cycle implementation of SuccessFactors LMS module from planning stage through configurations and go-live. • Candidate should have experience in Bizx integration, Connectors,CDP integration, Upgrade Centre deployments ,PRD reports,OCN Standard integration,OCN Non Standard Integrations • Must proficient in delivering enterprise scale solutions in Success Factors project, starting from requirement gathering, UAT, Deployment, Training and Support. • Must have experience in Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint. - Should have experience in configuring the SAP/SuccessFactors Learning system according to new or changing business requirements. • Exhibit strong communication skills to anchor meetings and run the meetings to engage the member firms during the project calls. • Exhibit strong leadership and comprehension abilities to develop business documents and to anchor system support activities in Learning. • Hands-on experience of learning technologies (including, EdCast, SuccessFactors LMS, Linda, LinkedIn etc.) • Should have experience in configuring Learning System. • Should worked in Custom and standard reports
