As a Senior Developer specializing in SuccessFactors OnBoarding within the Utilities domain, you will have the opportunity to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience through the development and implementation of tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing SuccessFactors OnBoarding solutions customized for the Utilities domain to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards. - Providing technical expertise in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules to meet specific organizational needs and improve onboarding processes. - Overseeing the integration of SuccessFactors OnBoarding with existing systems to ensure data consistency and process automation. - Conducting thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure functionality reliability and user satisfaction. - Offering ongoing support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors OnBoarding to address any issues promptly and minimize disruptions. - Staying updated with the latest SuccessFactors updates and industry trends, recommending improvements and innovations. - Documenting technical specifications, configurations, and processes to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference. - Training and mentoring junior developers and team members to foster a collaborative environment. - Engaging with stakeholders to provide insights and updates on project progress, ensuring transparency and alignment with expectations. - Optimizing onboarding workflows to enhance user experience and streamline new employee integration. - Utilizing analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions. - Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all development activities. Qualifications required for this role include: - Possessing in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SuccessFactors OnBoarding, demonstrating the ability to configure and customize solutions effectively. - Having a strong understanding of the Utilities domain with the ability to apply domain-specific knowledge to onboarding processes. - Demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Exhibiting strong communication skills capable of collaborating with diverse teams and conveying technical concepts clearly. - Showing a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of new technologies and industry developments. - Displaying proficiency in documenting technical processes and maintaining detailed records for future reference.
