Your expertise in SuccessFactors HCM, with a minimum of 12 years of IT experience and 8 years in consulting, will be instrumental in providing consulting services, customizing modules, and guiding clients towards SAP HCM Cloud solutions. Your technical proficiency in configuring SuccessFactors modules, translating requirements into system configurations, and designing solutions in alignment with best practices will be pivotal in your role. Additionally, your ability to communicate effectively, collaborate as a team player, and adapt swiftly to new tasks and environments will be highly valued. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will be involved in system configuration, translation tasks, test case preparation, and execution. Your familiarity with SAP HCM, integration activities, custom interfaces, and reports will further enhance your contributions to the team.
