About the Job

SAP Security and GRC

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain SAP Security roles and authorizations across SAP landscapes.
Manage user administration and access controls in SAP systems.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure secure configurations and compliance.
Perform risk analysis and remediation using SAP GRC Access Control.
Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues promptly.
Conduct security audits and support SOX compliance requirements.
Monitor and optimize security performance and ensure adherence to governance policies.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in SAP Security administration.
Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts and user management.

Preferred Qualifications

Extensive experience with SAP Security and GRC (510 years preferred).
Proven track record in implementing and optimizing SAP security solutions.
Knowledge of integration with SAP modules and cross-system security.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have Skills

SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, BRM, ARM)
SAP S/4HANA Security
Fiori and HANA DB Security
Cloud security for SAP deployments (AWS, Azure)
Knowledge of audit and compliance frameworks
