Description
As a Tech Lead with expertise in SAP SD/CS, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of projects. You will provide guidance to team members on technical aspects and conduct reviews of technical documents and artifacts. Your focus will be on leading project development, production support, and maintenance activities for timely completion of timesheets and the invoicing process. Your proficiency in SAP CS/SM, OTC, and SD is crucial for the configuration and delivery of SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities to ensure successful project delivery. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project on a daily basis, addressing any issues proactively. - Create functional and technical specification documents, and review documents prepared by team members. - Track open tickets/incidents, allocate tickets to resources, and ensure timely closure. - Ensure project compliance with Software Quality Processes and adhere to timelines. - Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates. - Ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs and implement coding standards, frameworks, and tools. - Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the delivery team. - Serve as the single point of contact for the team to project stakeholders. - Provide application production support as per process/RACI Matrix. Technical Skills: - Configuration for SAP CS/SM and SD modules, including equipment, Install Base, and Asset experience. - Experience with SAP Service Management functionalities, including Service Contracts, Warranties, Notifications, Repair Orders, and Service Orders. - Expertise in Order to Cash processes within SAP, including sales order processing, delivery, and billing. - Experience with SAP SD user exits for enhancing standard functionalities and writing functional/technical specifications. - Knowledge of intercompany postings and processes within SAP, including handling pro forma invoices. - Working knowledge of EDI and IDOC for data exchange between SAP and external systems. - Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, including migration, implementation, and optimization. - Experience in implementing SAP solutions across global organizations. - Proficiency in integrating SAP with third-party systems and interfaces. - Ability to write comprehensive functional specifications and other relevant documentation for SAP projects. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders. You should be ready to work on PST timings (3 PM IST to 12 PM IST) and have 8 to 10 years of experience in the field.
