Job Description

Responsibilities:

SAP S/4 Hana Sales Configuration & Implementation:
- Lead or assist in the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA sales across multiple warehouses, including configuration of inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes. Work experience on EDI and E- Invoicing Peppol with debug experience
- Design, configure, and optimize SAP EWM to meet operational requirements in accordance with business processes and best practices.
- Provide end-to-end support for EWM functionality, including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify areas for process improvement and automation within the SAP Sales system.
- Conduct system analysis to identify gaps and suggest solutions for enhancing sales operations, reducing costs, and improving productivity.
Integration with SAP Modules:
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP OTC with other SAP modules such as SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP WM (Warehouse Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and SAP TM (Transportation Management).
- Assist in integration efforts between SAP Sales and third-party systems (e. g. , transportation management systems, external warehouse providers).
Testing & Support:
- Prepare test plans, perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP Sales enhancements and upgrades.
- Provide post-implementation support for SAP SD, troubleshooting issues, and guiding end-users through complex scenarios.
Training & Documentation:
- Develop user manuals, training materials, and documentation for sales operations and SAP Sales functionality.
- Conduct training sessions for Sales staff and business users to ensure proficiency in SAP Sales operations.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, including logistics, inventory control, and procurement teams, to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP SD configurations.
- Partner with IT to manage system performance, implement updates, and ensure data integrity across sales processes.
