SAP SD OTC SPECIALIST

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading functional analysis, solution design, and implementation & testing of processes across SAP OTC, FMS, Retail, and E-Commerce domains. Managing the end-to-end OTC cycle including sales order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, and returns. Optimizing fashion-specific functionalities in SAP FMS and supporting SAP Retail processes. Integrating SAP with e-commerce platforms and recommending SAP best practices and enhancements based on business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead functional analysis, solution design (on Need Basis), and implementation & testing of processes across SAP OTC, FMS, Retail, and E-Commerce domains. - Manage end-to-end OTC cycle: sales order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, and returns. - Implement and optimize fashion-specific functionalities such as seasonality, stock segmentation, matrix articles, and allocation strategies in SAP FMS. - Configure and support SAP Retail processes including article master, pricing/promotions, store operations, and procurement. - Integrate SAP with e-commerce platforms for real-time data exchange across inventory, orders, and customer data. - Conduct workshops, write functional specifications, perform testing (unit, integration, UAT), and support cutover/go-live activities. - Analyse business needs and recommend SAP best practices and enhancements. - Provide training and documentation for end users and support teams. Qualification Required: - Experience in SAP OTC, FMS, Retail, and ECOM modules with 5-6 years of experience. - Deep understanding of order-to-cash processes and fashion/retail-specific workflows. - Strong expertise in article master, pricing, stock segmentation, allocation, and store replenishment. - Proven experience in integrating SAP with front-end e-commerce platforms. - Functional knowledge of SAP SD, MM, and integration with logistics and finance modules. - Experience in project lifecycles including blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional global team and overlap with US time zone (3-4 hrs).,
