Description
As a Manager in SAP Consulting at PwC, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to maximize the value of their SAP investment by addressing various business functions such as sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. You will be part of a team that focuses on solving complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Having a minimum of 12 years of experience with at least 8 years of hands-on experience in S/4HANA Brownfield conversion projects - Expertise in conducting pre-conversion readiness checks, resolving system simplification items, and managing data migration objects related to MM - Proficiency in utilizing SAP Readiness Check, Simplification Item (SI), and activating Fiori relevant to SD scenarios in conversion projects - Ability to handle module-specific functional and technical requirements during the Brownfield migration journey, including functional delta handling, legacy configuration testing in S/4, and adopting new S/4HANA innovations - Experience in process redesign and re-engineering within the context of S/4HANA simplifications and best practices - Developing and maintaining a Data Migration plan, overseeing Risk Planning, Mitigation, Issue Log, and Publishing Status Reports - Conducting Business Blueprint data migration workshops, discussing data migration approach, data mapping from source to target, transformation and cleansing requirements, and finalizing the to-be design - Responsible for identifying, extracting, cleaning, mapping, and loading both master and transactional data from multiple sources into the SAP S4hana system - Delivering Business Blueprint, configuration, functional specifications, data mapping templates, unit test scripts as per business requirements - Ensuring data integrity and quality throughout the migration process and working with functional consultants to verify data and troubleshoot any migration issues - Designing and managing ETL processes, including the development of load programs using tools like LSMW, LTMC, and others - Managing cross-functional teams, including technical experts, functional consultants, and business users - Coordinating pre-conversion activities such as custom code analysis, simplification item checks, and data cleanup - Ensuring proper handling of custom developments, interfaces, and third-party integrations and identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies throughout the migration lifecycle - Having an inclination and experience in implementing automation solutions and leveraging AI tools to enhance procurement and supply chain efficiency Desired Skills: - Minimum 7+ years of relevant Brownfield SAP experience with significant involvement in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects - Hands-on experience in S/4 Brownfield, ability to address functional mandatory items during migration (configuration, universal journal, data migration support) - Proven experience in leading Brownfield system conversion using SAP's recommended tools and methodologies - Knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA architecture, data structures, and technical components - Understanding of functional modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP) and cross-module impacts - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification Experience Details: - 9 to 12 years of experience Professional And Educational Background: - Any graduation or post-graduation Additional Information: - Travel Requirements: Travel to client locations may be required as per project requirements - Line of Service: Advisory - Horizontal: Technology Consulting - Designation: Associate - Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata If you are passionate about working in a high-performance culture that values diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning, PwC is the place to be.
