Job Description

Incident & change request resolution, and maintaining the SAP S4HANA SD module
Proven ability to meet SLAs, resolve high-priority tickets ensuring timely communication and SLA adherence for support ticket
Ability to provide solutions and close system enhancements
Experience in working on tools such as Solution Manager / HP ALM, Serve Now
Testing: Creating test data, running tests, and creating and executing test scripts
Continuous improvement: Monitoring system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending enhancements
Feasibility verification: Verifying the feasibility of the developed model
An SAP SD specialist needs to have in-depth knowledge of SAP SD functionalities, and integration with other SAP modules.
Bring in strong business process knowledge on SD processes and integration with cross modules like Production Planning, Material Management, Quality Management and SCM
Ensure effective communication to all stake holders (Business, PMO office, Client Partner etc.) from scope, Risks and Business Impacts perspective
Conduct regular project portfolio Integration meetings, ensure all developments follow standards
Ability to create User training materials and conduct training with business user.
