Designation - OM SAP Specialist Location - Bangalore Salary - 8 LPA - 10 LPA Experience - 3 - 5 Years Education - Any Graduate Job Description - Manage customer order flows end to end i.e., from ordering portal, SAP HANA, logistics interfaces and customer ERP systems. Lead communications with factories / delivery centers on Integration (EDI) testing, order exceptions, specific customer requirements and ensure factories execute accordingly. Point of contact for SAP / IT systems related queriesfrom order management, channel teams. Escalate with HMD IT Team for any major showstopper issues and provide solutions. Lead cross functional teams during SAP cutovers, new module implementations. Provide customers with required documents for importation clearance. Coordinate with relevant teams for issuing letters of credit for shipments. Enter customers delivery requirements into shipping information database. Perform master data configurations in SAP related to order management, logistics scope actions. Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) once new business models / IT workflows are implemented. Offer expertise to MIS reports, dashboards, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Tools. Qualifications: • Full time bachelors degree A minimum of 6 to 8 years SAP SD experience with familiarity with OM / SCM concepts. Should have experience in 1 to 2 SAP Implementation Projects with hands-on experience in the recent past managing SAP S/4 HANA Sales and Supply Chain Function. Need to have hands on experience in Inter-Co Sales and STO Process, Intra-Co process, Pricing with Accruals, Rebates, Drop-ship, Consignment, Returns/ARM, Product Allocation, Batch Management, FOC, E-Invoicing, Credit Management. Exposure on complex enhancements, forms, reports, workflows, FIORI Apps, with batch jobs. • Should have supported Unit Testing, Integration Testing and UAT. Need to have end to end Master Data and Cut-over experience. Minimum of 4-6 years of SAP SD experience in a high order volume environment involving multiple channels. Exposure to WM/MM modules will be an added advantage. MS Office tools Excel, Excel Macros, Power point, Power BI Dashboards Exposure to MIS reports, gathering insights from data. Exposure to RPA Tools is an added advantage. English - Excellent oral, written communication & presentation skills are mandatory. Experience in documentation of processes and operating manuals. Strong analysis and problem resolution skills. Self-motivated and able to work under continual deadline constraints.
